TERMS & CONDITIONS

Title: Title in goods supplied by Thrive International Enterprise, shall pass to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price in full. Our agreement to supply the goods is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit/debit card, the details of which you provided on the order form.

Prices: Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be charged at the prices ruling at the time of acceptance. Delivery costs will be those quoted at the time of acceptance of the order. The price of the goods shall be the price quoted by us on our website.

Delivery: Our goods are delivered by 1st class Royal Mail and it is our intention if goods are in stock to deliver to you within 3 working days. If goods are out of stock you will be notified promptly and you will have the right to cancel the order.

Cancellation: It is your right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch at which time payment will have been taken, and the contract completed.

Returns: If goods are found to be faulty then you should immediately contact us either by telephone or via the website Faulty goods may be returned if we, Thrive International Enterprise are satisfied that the goods are indeed of faulty manufacture and have not been otherwise damaged by a third party. If this is the case then Thrive International Enterprise will be eligible to refund the cost of the return postage together with the original purchase price, providing proof of purchase is supplied or alternatively replace free of charge the product.

Responsibility: We cannot be responsible if Gap Stop does not adhere to the garage door if the instructions are not followed explicitly. Nor can we if the product is attached to a poor paint finish which subsequently peels away with Gap Stop.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in Pounds Sterling and at present are restricted to UK sales unless by prior arrangement.
